Clicking through “The Top 10 Oscar Looks” on People.com, it was obvious which dress was going to be my favorite. ’s 1954 Oscar dress is truly a timeless design. The belted floral design was feminine enough to show off Hepburn’s delicate figure and bold enough to make a lasting impression.
