Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelley looked ravishing for a birthday party Sunday night in Los Angeles. Heigl already has the old Hollywood glamor nailed down, but her and Kelley looked as though they stepped out of a Chicago speakeasy. What happened to dressing up? I want to go back to a time when leaving the house without gloves or a top hat meant you were a slob.
