I am absolutely in love with this entire Katy Perry look. This dress is fabulous. It fits her like a glove and colors are a perfect complement to her skin tone. Love, love, love the cupcake purse and matching pink earrings. Her makeup and hair is reminiscent of a young, wide-eyed, 40s era starlet. She took a fashion risk with pieces this unique, and it works. I bow down, Katy Perry- I kind of want to kiss you for your balls.
