Seriously? Its their big 10th anniversary issue and they decide to put LINDSEY LOHAN on the cover? And then brag about it like a little girl in the school yard who showed off her panties to the boys? I think I’m going to vom.
First of all, the title “Everybody Loves Lohan” is absolutely disgusting. I can’t stand it when I see her face on anything. She’s become just as annoying as Paris Hilton.
Second, the interview is so annoying. “There’s not much I can do about the fact that I’ve become a kind of tabloid obsession.” Oh waaaa everyone loves me oh my god like I’m just so popular. The tabloids are not a fashion magazine. Not to start with my flat out hatred of celebrities on the cover of fashion mags, but its this is the ultimate in most unnecessary celebrity cover of 2009. Next favorite quote: “I love doing photo shoots… I mean, if I could just sign with IMG and do ad campaigns and model more, I’d do that… because that’s fun for me. That’s not work.” Oh nice plug. Dear god please sign with Lindsey Lohan IMG. The modeling world wouldn’t lose any respect for you. Lindsey is so on par with Gemma, Lily, Daria, Sasha, Freja, etc etc…
Sorry if I’ve offended, this is just an early morning rant. This is the first thing I saw when I woke up (thanks to Nylon’s myspace bulletin) and we all know how grumpy one can be before coffee. But seriously, I think I’m going to go cry for a couple minutes then move on with my day. Thoughts?
