Platinum Salon Offers Much Needed TLC

There are few salons in NYC that have all the right elements to get me into a chair ready for a change. Platinum Salon is a new full-service salon that is playing to New Yorkers current obsession; “recession-ready glam” with it’s perfect location and inexpensive menu, giving even the most jaded of us a new reason to mix-it-up.
From hair to nails and messages, this chic modern salon offers just the right amount of expert advice, stylish decor, and wine to go with your blow out before a night about town. Located just west of our fair city’s bustling club district, Platinum will give you and your girlies the shine you need for a perfect night of flirtatios living. Who says you can’t create your own chemistry?
The salon owners were kind enought to invite us to their opeining and I even recieved a bang trim and makeup application.
Everyone was soo extremely nice, giving us the grand tour of the upstairs, and downstaris, even though it was not yet finished.
Apparently, the owners are ready and willing to work with young designers on shoots or fashion shows and promised reasonable prices for those who contacted them.
They also had something that I had been searching for for months, that Cory Kennedy endorsed Sebastian Hair Mousse, you know the stuff that makes her look less trailer park-chic, more ready for the red carpet. It’s one of the few spots you can find it in the city so if you’ve been looking for it stop by. I use the stuff regularly (of course I had to contact a Sebastian rep to get it, and I swear by it).
So if you’re looking for a little TLC be sure to stop by Platinum Salon, they are defintiely ready to give you some.
P.S. The salon is offering free blow-outs Mon-Wed from 10-2pm.
