Shi-shi she may be with her new-age vegan ways, but when your  friend chooses the restaurant (where she doesn't have to be that fussy customer), the place is ever so chic. She knows these secret vegan places to dine, and so do we. She's also got her reasons: It's healthy (she lost 20 lbs by accident), it's kind to animals (no guilt) and it doesn't contribute to the big bad cattle industry (yay farmers!).
