6 Morning Beauty Perks For Any Professional On The Go

Let's admit it everyone knows the real parties all occur during the week, but it doesn't mean that work is put on hold Thursday morning, I personally would like to say I'm an expert at having to wake up after three hours of sleep, as many of you are as well. Here are just a couple of tips that I've learned here and there after those bizarre nights and those long work mornings.
If only we could all look like Isabelli Fontana when we wake up in the morning and let's face it just because we all love fashion doesn't mean that you have to go all out to look like your usual awesome self.
Tip #1- Start your morning with a cool glass of water, try to drink on a half empty stomach it just kicks off your metabolism and makes you feel a bit more alert.
Tip #2- Excercise a bit even if it's just quick stepping on the way to work it get's rid of morning grogginess.
Tip #3- You don't always need loads of make up everyday, simple foundation, some Bobbi Brown bronzer and mascara is just as amazing, not to mention you look really refreshed.
Tip #4- Before completely starting everything that your day absolutely consists of close your eyes and take a couple deep breaths, meditate and relax, after start all your tasks feeling more in control.
Tip #5- Have something to be excited about, even if you're one of those people that absolutely hate their job, just think about everyone that doesn't have a job besides the point, be excited even about the smallest thing like getting to go home and kick up your feet with a new episode of the Kardashians or my personal favorite Chelsea Lately.
Tip #6- Buy a travel size bottle of Evian Mineral water Spritze to spray here and there for a little alert perk!
