Anna Dello Russo's H&M Collection Attracts 7 Fans at 5th Ave Flagship

Granted, we were super duper excited for the release of Anna Dello Russo's accessory collection for H&M. Not only did her release party during Milan Fashion Week look enviable, we still are not done obsessing over her music video Fashion Shower. Unfortunately for the Japanese Vogue editor, it looks like her collection hasn't created as much buzz as collaborations in the past.
Anna Dello Russo is a modern fashion icon, so when we heard that she was releasing an accessories line with H&M we were beyond stoked. Although not stoked enough to go camp outside of H&M on release day. Not really. Racked NY caught a snapshot of fans waiting outside the store 45 minutes before opening and the results were less than exciting.
A whopping 7 fans were lined outside of the 5th Avenue flagship H&M at 8:15 a.m. this morning. Compared to other collaboration releases where lines were wrapped all the way around the block and beyond, this turnout is less than memorable. On the bright side, everyone else an probably still purchase the collection tomorrow or the next day as we doubt it's going to sell out today. So unlike the other collaborations there may be less anticipation, but there is definitely easier access. So support our lady Dello Russo and shop on Indies! Shop on.
