Her son and about 100 others voted against the new West Village 'restaurant,' owned by the same man behind The Box and La Esquina.

"Wintour and others claim the joint will be noisy, attract dangerous elements, and create a traffic nightmare."

Anna spoke out: "I am completely concerned. This is a unique historic neighborhood. I'm also concerned for the safety of the kids here. "
