It's Sunday morning and time to meet your homies for brunch. You got in late last night and are sporting some killer bags under those peepers. Besides a little pick-me-up eye cream, what is the best way to hide your sleepy secret?
Drawing on a cat eye will make your eyes look less puffy and red, especially if the line is thick and dark. Lightly draw it out with an eye pencil first, then use an angled eyeliner brush to carefully trace over with a gel or cream. Potted eyeliner is thicker than a pencil and gives you more control than liquid. Here are four of our favorites to get you looking gorgeous on this sunny Sunday.
