An up and coming fashion phenom, and friend of ARROJO, Katie Gallagher is one of their favorite collabs, and they were thrilled to team up together for a third consecutive season.

Katies SS 11 show, dubbed Arena,  which was inspired by her love of running, took form in slick, sporty, and futuristic designs (the looks were styled by Elle s style director, the incomparable Kate Lanphear). Lead stylist David Colvin (my hairstylist) worked with Katie on creating a simple, sporty hairstyle with a twist.

This season, they worked with a very high, sleek ponytail. Clear, plastic tubing was cut down to create a holder for the tails, giving a futuristic vibe to the hair that perfectly mirrored the clothing.

David and team used ARROJO set & style spray to prep the hair, then the ARROJO by IZUNAMI flat iron to smooth and straighten. The tight ponytails were finished with ARROJOs shine spray leaving no frizz or flyaways in sight.
