In the annual Sexiest Man Alive issue of People Magazine, this year's reigning sexy king is none other than Channing Tatum. The choice makes sense considering he played a male stripper in Magic Mike and he's proving to have as much acting talent as he does six-pack abs. 

It's that time of year again. People Magazine begins to point out the obvious by naming the "Sexiest Man Alive" abd it looks like Magic Mike  alum Channing Tatum has stolen the title. With his light southern drawl and drool worthy abdomen, he has made both men and women simultaneously melt throughout 2012.

Landing some pretty substantial roles, Channing Tatum starred in successful 2012 movies like 21 Jump Street, The Vow, and Magic Mike.  The 32-year old Alabama born actor sculpts, reads poetry, and wants to start a family. "Sexiest Man Alive" award aside, we'd like to grant wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum the title of "Luckiest Woman Alive". Not only does she get to call this 195 pound slab of hunkiness her own, but the model turned actor is as humble as he is good looking.

Channing's reveals his reaction to the news stating, "My first thought was, 'Y'all are messing with me." I told Jenna after we'd been in the bathtub washing our dogs because they'd gotten skunked."

The sad thing is, we would probably pay to watch Channing wash some skunky dogs in a bathtub.
