DESIGNER DAILY: InAisce
May 07, 2012 - by Jessica Lapidos
As if shrouded by the fog that covers the InAisce site, designer Jona keeps his last name undisclosed, and sends clothing down from the summit formed in structures anew. "See. Get. Reach," InAisce proclaims, seeing, getting and reaching the future of menswear by means of deconstruction and a tight rebuild. Waves of fabric meet straight edges, dichotomously melding the inner opposition. That polarity may stem from his Colorado roots, as he has taken his mountainous cultivation to New York City, where InAisce (pronounced in-äs-ke) is now designed and produced. The structural chasm in his menswear has resulted in a growing number of female followers. Thus, this Fall he has included womenswear within his collection.
