The designers Lea Carreno (formerly of Tommy Hilfiger), Kelly Townsend (ex-Temperley) and Philippa Thackeray (no longer a lawyer) all ditched their day jobs to make you look better at yours. With acidic pastels, precision color blocking, and a trompe l'oeil tie amidst a tangerine cropped suit, we warn you, the Spring 2012 collection may make you like werq ing overtime.
