Doutzen Kroes Without Photoshop Still Doesn't Need Photoshop

The misuse of photoshop can often turn into a brutal massacre of missing limbs, joints, and superimposing front covers. But can you ever imagine the point to photoshopping a model who simply doesn't need it? This is the case with Victoria's Secret model Doutzen Kroes and some unreleased, uncharacteristically un-photoshopped images of the supermodel. And she still looks perfect.

Pictured above is an un-photoshopped image of Victoria's Secret supermodel Doutzen Kroes. Don't see a difference between the real image and the final product that's in the Victoria's Secret catalog? At first glance we don't either, but if you look closely you notice a small bruise on her right hip, some skin folds on her right side, and some odd looking folds near her armpit.

Minor imperfections are ultimately airbrushed out and it's unfortunate because we see nothing unsightly about the natural folds of skin on this already seemingly perfect model. Why would you want to fall in love with a heavily edited image over a real girl anyway? With magazines coming under criticism for setting unrealistic standards for young readers, it's enlightening to see that even though a supermodel is perfect looking in real life, her image is still edited. Proving the image of perfection that the media is projecting is completely nonexistent in real life.
