Eleven Objects Creates Poppin Collars to Complete Your Look
Aug 01, 2012 - by Amanda Gabriele
Here at FashionIndie, were always looking for new ways to accent our wardrobes. In the same way a chic rug can really pull a room together, the right necklace or headband can turn a dress from lazy Sunday to Friday afternoon swagger.
For those of us who pine for a slice of the cutting edge, ordinary accessories can be so droll. We need something fresh, something our less-fashionable friends may question us for wearing at first but eventually absorb into their own style as it becomes more popular and palatable. That something is Eleven Objects.
This unorthodox brand specializes in luxury collars that attach around the neck like a necklace or choker. It was started by Linh Thi Do, an overachieving biologist/fine art/fashion design graduate of Rice and Parsons, and Christine Rhee, a marketing coordinator from Princeton University and designer of CRHEE, her own successful, self-named line.
Their collars and boleros come in a wide range of designs; some are great for making an entrance at the office, yet others are perfect for a tequila-fueled night in the city. Whatever your style may be, youre bound to find a neckpiece to match.
