With the 4th of July a mere two days away, I went in search of the perfect patriotic manicure to celebrate our nation's independence in style. Luckily, the ladies at the fabulous Eve Salon in the West Village know their stars and stripes, so I headed downtown to give my fingers the red, white and blue treatment.
