Gucci Guilty's Unlawfully Cool Marketing Campaign
Jun 30, 2011 - by Lester Brathwaite
Gucci put on their creative chapeaus to market their latest fragrance "Guilty." In addition to the short film shot by Sin City creator Frank Miller starring future Emmy winner (I mean, did you see Mildred Pierce?) Evan Rachel Wood and current Captain America Chris Evans, the Italian house has commissioned 1,000 exclusive vinyl records of the campaign's featured song -- Friendly Fire's cover of Depeche Mode's "Strangelove." Click through to figure out how you can win one of these rare collector's items for yourself!
As you can see, I'm clearly enjoying this record using my portable and invisible record player. It's the future, get into it.
So now that "Strangelove" is available on iTunes as a bonus track on Friendly Fire's new album Pala, Gucci wants to celebrate by giving away these limited edition vinyls to the lucky winners of a Gucci Guilty competition this summer. For details on how to win and to enter the contest, head on over to Gucci Guilty's Facebook page.
You too can be charged with the criminally-attractive faces of Evan Rachel Wood and Chris Evans emblazoned on wax in their uncomfortably close and compromising position. I can tell you right now, someone's taking a ride downtown.
