Carine Roitfeld and Karl Lagerfeld are back together again, styling and shooting -- respectively -- Chanel's spring/summer 2012 campaign. The two titans tapped frequent faves Saskia de Brauw and Joan Smalls as gymnastic gamines in the athletic ads hitting fashion mags early next year.
