When one thinks about Chanel Creative Director Karl Lagerfeld, it is hard not to associate his name with luxury. That's why when we saw that the designer was photographing a series for Rolls Royce, we were not surprised.

To be exhibited in their offices exclusively in Goodwood, England, Karl Largerfeld will be showcasing his photography of the infamously luxurious cars. The designer will unveil large scale versions of the Rolls Royce photos and is going to give a talk sometime today to 100 high-rollers.

Karl himself, gave up driving at age thirty after crashing a Jaguar and a Mercedes, but loves luxury cars. As part of the series "Icons of Art", Karl Lagerfled helps walk the line between ultraluxuruy and art. And this is not the only photography project that the designer has worked on recently, he also has done a recent series for abstract furniture maker Casina.

Karl Lagerfeld has also drawn a whimsical drawing after he was inspired by Barack Obama winning the Presidential election. Check out the President depicted as a chef here.
