Inspired by President Barack Obama's reelection, Karl Lagerfeld decided to do a fashion illustration of the politician as "The Biggest Chef in the World".

President Barack Obama Illustration

Karl Lagerfeld may not have been one of the fashion industry's attendants at Anna Wintour's fundraisers for President Barack Obama, but the designer was inspired by his reelection and decided to make this illustration.

Picturing the President in front of an American flag holding a cake shaped like the White House, this drawing was done by Karl at 6 a.m. the day after Obama's reelection. The illustration appeared on page 9 of Thursday's edition of FAZ and was colored in using Shu Uemura makeup. The caption reads "The Biggest Chef in the World: 10 x 5 Stars".

Now even though designer states that he is "not a political person", this goes to show that the fashion industry is very influenced by the United States. Even its political standing.
