Karlie Kloss Bakes Cookies, Stars in Target + Neiman Marcus Holiday Ads

For its rather epic collaboration with Neiman Marcus and 24 CFDA designers this holiday season, Target needed a rather epic promotional campaign. Enter Karlie Kloss.
The super-in-training was tapped as the face of the Target + Neiman Marcus Holiday Collection ad campaign, in which her background in dance and familiarity with movement came in particularly handy.
And perhaps the early-Christmas spirit was contagious as Karlie came in on the first day of shooting having made cookies for everyone. Then for the last day, she and her mom baked two key lime pies using granny Kloss' famous recipe.
Doesn't that make you just wanna fa-la-la-la-la all over the place?
In addition to Kloss, the ad campaign includes a round-up of fashion heavyweights including filmmaker, illustrator and animator Quentin Jones who's previously created films for Chanel and Victoria Beckham.
Meanwhile, Craig McDean shot the print ads and filmed the TV commercial with styling from Alex White and hair by Orlando Pita. [WWD]
