The rogue knitting artist known as knittaplease is wrapping her yarns all up on some shades. This year's Sunglass Hut Artist Series has taken on the KNITTA, Magda Sayeg to create limited edition frames that will benefit OneSight, a charity that helps preserve the eyesight of those in need worldwide. Knitta goes all over the globe tagging public spaces (moments, vehicles, road signs...) with her knitwear. It brings a bit of cozy confusion to passersby, and it has brought her (commissioned) to The Standard Hotel, South By Southwest, and the Austin City Limits Festival.
