Coitus Magazine, home to some of the world's most beautiful boys, blesses us with another issue, this time dedicated to -- as they put it -- "the world's most beautiful boy," Francisco Lachowski. It's a lofty title but Francisco is definitely in the running, along with fellow very pretty boys Christopher Fawcett, Eric Sage, Kevin Baker, Rodrigo Braga, Kim Kraglund and Nate Nesbitt (among many others) also featured in the quarterly coital collection.
