Jessica Biel attended a gala event last night at MOMA honoring Oscar and Golden Globe-nominated Australian film director Baz Luhrmann.

Love the simple black dress, paired with black pumps (happy that they aren't Louboutin's), and the hair is gorgeous. Hoping that she didn't do too much sitting, since the back is ruffled and would easily get wrinkled.
