It's no secret that Lady Gaga's advertisement for her fragrance Fame needed some digital work post-filming, but it appears is as if the star was slimmed down artificially as well. Many artists have been known to digitally go under the knife, but it it starting to get out of control? 

Pop-star Lady Gaga released her campaign video for her fragrance Fame and we could not get it out of our heads. Featuring little men crawling all over Gaga's naked body and lots of creepy black liquid, it was apparent that some special effects were needed to enhance the advertisement.

But after a leaked clip of the pre-editied footage, it is apparent that more was done than just digitally create little men for the 40 second advert. Gaga looks notably slimmer in the unreleased footage of the unfinished film and after it was revealed that her cover for the September issue of Vogue was photoshopped to hell as well, we're starting to wonder if any images of celebrities are truly how they appear.
