In this edition of Red Carpet Report Card, Im grading Penelope Cruz on her vintage Gianni Versace  look worn to the premiere of Venuto al Mondo during the 60th San Sebastian Film Festival in Spain. See how she looked after the jump.

Penelope is always on my best dressed list, so I was a little shocked to see her looking so humdrum. The dress is beautiful, but it does nothing to flatter Penelope's slim but curvaceous figure. The hair literally scares me, I have no idea what's going on there. If you're going to rock a comb-over, make sure it's a voluminous one. Accessorizing with red shoes and a red clutch was an amateur move, probably thrown together by her stylist at the last minute. You can even tell in Penelope's face she's not thrilled with the look and neither am I.
