Amber is lucky she's so stunning because this dress does not flatter her figure at all. The belt should be thinner and sitting higher on her waist, and I think it would look better if the top of the dress was looser. Her hair and makeup looks beautiful, and her attitude is rocking it. This look is super close to a C, but she managed to swing a higher grade.
