This. Look. Is. Dreadful. Just dreadful. The dress looks decent on the runway but reincarnates as a cheap gypsy costume on the red carpet. Is Heidi feeling that much angst about her canceled Halloween party? This is one time when wearing the shoes shown on the runway is a huge mistake. Her hair and makeup are below par as well. Heidi needs to step it up because her looks as of late have been far from spectacular.
