Jessica looks great in this Narciso Rodriguez outfit - so great, in fact, it looks like it was custom made for her. Her hair and makeup is modern and gorgeous, and she appears super delighted to be working the cameras. She does sleek very well, as this is such a step up from the frumpy, bohemian Valentino frock she wore earlier this month. When all else fails, you can never go wrong with black and white ladies.
