This collection looks so chic on the runway, but unfortunately it looks drab and frumpy on Jessica. This dress is very busy, so an extremely nipped-in waist is necessary, a detail someone decided to overlook. Even though her makeup is pretty, it looks like she threw her hair up in a cab en route to the event. It's not the worst thing I've ever seen, but she still needs to step it up for her next appearance.
