Julianna is always a vision, and this look shows how classically beautiful she is. I love that she's accentuating the fullness of the skirt by utilizing the pockets, and her walk and pose is flawless. It takes a lot of confidence, and a damn gorgeous face, to wear your hair that tightly pulled back, and she works it without flinching.
