Here's the thing, there are only three people who look good with blue hair - Billy Joe Armstrong, Caesar Flickerman and Cookie Monster - so everyone already knows how I feel about Katy's hairdo. Great for a teenage boy, bad for a 27-year-old female. This look was worn during Paris Fashion Week, where it is currently 48 degrees Fahrenheit. Did she get confused and think she was going to Paris, TX with no coat and open-toe shoes? Finally, notice how beautifully this skirt flows on the runway. You have bangin' curves Katy, but the way to master the sheer trend is not with a size too small. At least her makeup artist is an expert air-brusher.
