This is literally one of the ugliest dresses I've ever seen in my life, but Kylie is still somehow working it. With cutouts this severe, the dress should be color-blocked and/or solid with no pattern. It looks like her dress ripped in half and she had to grab a bib to cover her left boob. The shoes are the worst, I can think of a thousand different pairs that would look better. But her hair and makeup looks pretty and she's quite confident, so this could be worst than it actually is.
