After a three year discussion with his wife, previous drummer, and record company, an agreement has been reached to add Kurt Cobain to the list of characters in Guitar Hero 5.  Cobain blamed fans and fame for his depression which led to his suicide in 1994, and Perez Hilton thinks this is 'selling out after death' (ouch..too soon?)
