Yo yo yo Im here reporting from Poznan after three sparkly days of scouting in Warsaw. I have to admit I was slightly weepy at the thought of leaving Warsaw. It seems like just yesterday I arrived here all in a tizzy because I left my Dior Show mascara at home. In order to avoid having a nervous breakdown I hightailed over to Sephora where I found my beloved. for $50 USD!!!! WTF? Its only $25 in NYC! I love my eyelashes but not that much. So I left Sephora (but not before applying lots of mascara and eyeliner) and headed back to the Hotel La Regina to refresh in the sauna. After all I had several hard days of scouting ahead of me.

Or so I thought. I saw so many amazing new faces I thought I was going to die! Sometimes scouting is like looking for a needle in a haystack. This was more like looking for hay in a haystack. Between Elite, 23, Rebel, New Age, Orange, Choco, Joy Starsystem and Network, I found loads of guys and girls that would kick ass in NYC.

For reals take a look! Im not even exaggerating! Hot, hotter, and more hot!

Of course I love meeting the models, but meeting the agents pulling the strings is my favorite part of the job. Agents are the backbone of a models career but long after a model decided to hang up her eyelash curler, the agents and agencies will still be there. Which means its tres important to maintain those relationships. So I was happy to have Lisa Marie from Elite/Mango as my dinner date on Monday. Not only did I enjoy some seriously delish sushi, I also got my own personal tour of some of Warsaws most famous monuments.

The next night I got to hang out with Tomek of 23 and his lovely wife Mari. 23 Management is relatively new, but Tomek has been in the biz foreves! Between scouting around the world and being an agent in Tokyo, Tomek knows his shiz. And he speaks fluent Japanese! And English too of course. So far all I have is French and some seriously broken pig-Latin. (And Hindi when Im tipsy).

Anyway I gotta go to bed, tomorrow I have three agencies to see and another flight to catch. In the meantime, holla back at me. What do you think of the faces I found so far? Hot or Not? (And btw if you pick not, youre wrong).
