Come on, Stefano Gabbana has to know who Stella McCartney is. They both have huge celebrity followings, including mutual BFF Madonna.

After all these years, Gabbana  must have run into McCartney. Perhaps in Rome. Perhaps in Paris. Perhaps in a bathroom stall...It's a small world after all.

Particularly with all those egos taking up so much space.
