Scottish soul singer and teenage fashion prodigy Tallia Storm has been an obsession of ours for awhile. With her fearless fashion sense, rocking gigantic gowns and hair bows, she's won us over again. This time the 13-year old ingenue has wowed us as she channeled Old Hollywood with an outfit from stores that we shop at ourselves. 

Fresh off of her visit to the United States, Tallia Storm returned to Scotland for a glitzy red carpet event.  The 13-year old singer and fashion risk taker attended the Edinburgh International Film Festival last evening and was channeling some of Hollywood's old glamor.

Donning one of her signature statement hats, Tallia combined a vintage Chanel bag with pieces from moderate retailers Topshop and River Island. She topped it off with Swarovski  jewels and a headpiece by Scottish designer William Chambers.

Tallia explained her style, "I just loved Hollywood when I was over there last month. At night when I was out there, I would sit and watch the most amazing old black and white movies. They took style to a whole new level, I just loved the sheer glamour of it all and so I thought, hey, lets take a Tallia twist on that look - still trying to keep it young.".

And keeping it fresh she is. We always look forward to see what Tallia wears next and we definitely have a feeling that Hollywood hasn't seen the last of her yet.
