Kate Lamphear, fashion editor for Elle magazine, was looking pretty fabulous around Bryant Park during New York Fashion Week. I absolutely love the masculinity she throws in to counter her delicate, feminine aesthetic. The fitted blazers and the basic colors have got Ms. Lamphear looking like Karl Lagerfeld's twin! And if you ask me, Kate Lamphear rocks the bleached, edgy cut better than Agyness Deyn! If only Nina Garcia had this much style...and better hair...
