It's been delayed multiple times, but WWD is reporting that the first U.S. Topshop will finally  open April 2.

The Manhattan location is the 40,000-square-foot space at 478 Broadway.

Big tease Sir Philip Green is scheduled to hold a press conference Monday to discuss all the plans.
