A British woman called the police this week to report a missing person. When the operator asked who had vanished, she replied, My snowman. I thought that with it being icy and there not being anybody about hed be safe."

Obviously, the police were not amused. This call could have cost someones life if there was a genuine emergency and they couldnt get through. It was completely irresponsible," said Chief Inspector Simon Black.

What an idiot! I'm going to call the police after trash day to say my garbage is missing.
