Project Runway’s Christian Siriano Searches for Interns on Craigslist

Christian Siriano

Can someone please do this for me? I have celebrities to impregnate with my fierceness.

Page Six just spotted this one. winner has been trawling on Craigslist for an “Assistant/Intern” (doesn’t that traditionally mean “unpaid help” in fashion-land?). The requirement of being his assistant included being able to take on his hot tranny rage and not being taller than 5 foot, unfortunately, for all you aspiring fashion assistants out there, the ad’s already down. Apparently, response was overwhelming. So much so that — and see below — Siriano resorted to a first-come, first-serve, kind of weird interview scheduling process.

Guess it doesn’t pay to work with a great designer.  Get it, cause the internships unpaid, except for what you gain in experience. Which reminds me, we’re still looking for interns. Send emails to rebecca [at] fashionindie.com.
