NO, NO, NO, That’s a bad idea. I don’t need this kind of press. In the end of some extra bullshit drama, you will just end up looking worse. You look like a liar! You did lie and fabricate a story. Move On! The best you and your site can do is remove the story immediately and apologize. If not I will make sure to follow through with my lawyers and put an end to it one way or another.

Was hoping you’d be down to battle.

Why’d you do the movie unless you wanted the press?

I’ve added an update to the original post which states that you don’t have a sex scene in the film and was planning on running your letter tomorrow in our morning posts as a rebuttal to the story.

I can make it all disappear if you want, but believe me the web is an insightful bitch and the fact that you’re in this film will eventually get out. Might as well embrace it.

I will remove the story but I want an interview with you when I’m in LA next week. I’m filming a show with Style Network and will be there from the 9th till 13th.

Also, I’ve contacted our lawyers about the potential libel lawsuit. Libel is nearly impossible to win, especially when it comes to the press and stories that deal with confirmable facts. The lawsuit would coat you thousands to persue and there would need to be verifiable affects to your career due to the article. I would know, I’ve been written about negatively for years by bloggers, Gawker, and a bunch of local newspapers. It sucks, but it’s the business of gossip. So if you persue, you’d most likely lose.

Eitherway, I’m down for working something out.

P.S. When asking for favors it’s best not to patronize those you’re asking the favor from. By “FUCKING FACE” do you mean the face I make when I’m fucking, cause if so, I’m not down for that. Sorry buddy, I didn’t munch on Queerios this morning. No, just joking. You look like the type of person who likes to touch people inappropriately and has bad breath so meeting and interviewing you about your role in the film is totally off the table.

Also, the original story has been reposted with the corrections. For someone who seems so in support of this “film” you’re really angry about people mistaking you for a gay porn star. What exactly do you have against gay porn stars? I’d think you’d be honored someone would think you were one. Guess you’re just another self-hater, which is really, really sad. Don’t let anyone steal your sunshine Santino, no one.

Honestly though, if you did pursue a lawsuit, wouldn’t it just seem like you’re mad about being called a gay porn star? Which would suggest that you think being a gay porn star is demeaning. Which would completely be contradictory to your actions considering you are listed as an actor in a gay porn and would probably alienate you further from the only industry that seems interested in your “talents” right now?

I personally think you did this movie cause you felt no one would notice you were in it and now that the press is getting their hands on it you are realizing that being in a gay zombie flesh flick might lead less opportunities in the future. Plus, I’m sure there is some decency clause in your Lifetime/Bravo contract which means you won’t be back on the air anytime soon, might get sued by the network, or just lose some friends in the industry.

Of course, all those things are completely out of my control and in no way my fault, since you did choose to star in this flick, which you’ve now stated you were happy you did.

Hope that clears this up for you old friend. But just as a recap…

Don’t star in gay porn unless you want people to think you’re a gay porn star.

Don’t under estimate the power of digital press. This story will probably be viral by Wednesday and you’ll have a bunch of additional sites to sue.

Don’t threaten the press. It get’s you nowhere and only makes them that much more likely to print negative articles about you.

Make intelligent decisions as a person to prevent yourself from being mocked and made fun of. You’re making yourself an easy target and a part of me was hoping it was just an act. Unfortunately, reading your messages and seeing your response to this, it seems like you’ve made some major mistakes in your life and are no longer open to criticism. Not the best quality for someone who’s looking to be in the public eye.

Don’t act like you’re some evolved intellectual cause you call a gay porn a “film” and think Bruce LaBruce is an “artist”. It’s hardcore, gay fucking with tons of guts and blood. It’s a poorly acted snuff film and nothing more.

Don’t call yourself a designer when all you’ve created are shitty “What Would Santino Do” t-shirts on Cafe Press. Plus we all know what you would do. You would star in a gay flick and then regret it.
