With Marc Ecko’s headquarters up for sale, there seems to be a logical explanation. The $9 million dollar a year space may seem rather pricey for Marc, who is trying desperately to pay off his Marc Ecko Enterprise debts. Though upsetting, the situation isn’t quite shocking as Mr. Ecko has been selling off divisions for quite some time.
