RUNWAY: Marios Schwab Spring 2010

Any collection that involves chain-mail is a good collection in my eyes. Marios Schwab’s Spring 2010 collection was a bit of an experiment, testing the the waters of texture and pattern combinations. Schwab combined pleats with ruffles, chains with floral and draped organza with jewels, among others. How Schwab made these completely different elements fuse together into a cohesive collection is beyond me, but I’m looking forward to mixing and matching just about all of my closet essentials!
