RUNWAY RUNDOWN: Nathan Jenden Fall 2009Besides the fall of the Berlin Wall and the Challenger explosion, there weren’t all that many pivotal moments in the 1980s. However, a handful of designers, including Nathan Jenden and his Fall 2009 collection, would beg to differ. At his show titled “Frostbite,” Jenden showed a line chock full of eighties inspired dominatrix, bondage and  trapeze garments. Tight fitting black zip dresses, fishnet tops and quilted pleather onesies made their debut alongside  architectural doily dresses, skirts and embellishments. Two parts promiscuous heroine. One parts dinner napkin. All-around great collection.
