Oh. My. Phi. This has got to be the best Phi collection of all time. Drop-crotch shorts. Cropped biker jackets. Spandex underneath skirts. Oversized draped tees.Cuffed zip shorts. Really, it can’t get any better! I’m actually digging the Hawaiian surf and scuba inspired prints and cuts as well as the masculine pullovers and those heels…I die! I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for Phi, but this collection, well, let’s just say there’s hunk of putty where my heart used to be.
