RUNWAY RUNDOWN: Rag & Bone Resort 2010Rag & Bone might be one of my favorite labels, but I think you’ll agree that their Resort 2010 collection isn’t all that impressing. It seems to me that Rag & Bone designers David Neville and Marcus Wainwright decided to play it safe with what they know “works” nowadays. We’ve seen it time and time again, the tomboy look is in, and while many designers throw in that extra “umph” to make a collection unique, Neville and Wainwright simply let the styling do all the talking. I’ll agree, the styling is great and the pieces aren’t bad at all, I just wish Rag & Bone gave us something new to shop for. I have drop-crotch pants. I have a shrunken bomber jacket. I have boyfriend jeans. I have an oversized denim shirt. I have a cropped blazer. And I’m pretty sure any girl who is on top of the fashion scene does too.
