RUNWAY RUNDOWN: Rick Owens Fall 2009 Collection
I love Rick Owens, but he always manages to produce the creepiest runway shows that always scare the shit out of me. This year reminded me of satanic nuns on the runway. Between the big, all black, draping garbs and the half shaved heads Rick Owens managed to creep out more people than me I’m sure. Despite the creepiness the collection looked good. The fur pieces were amazing, and he is great at making pieces that are real outfit finishers. What’s a Rick Owens collection without a little bit of leather too right?
