Sephora may be a worldwide phenomenon, but one place it can’t seem to gain a foothold is in Hong Kong. The store instilled a 70% off clearance sale in preparation for the closing later this month. But with the closing comes another opening in mainland China; the 100th Sephora store is set to open by the end of this year.
